My custom menus are designed for small gatherings of 8–20 people, allowing me to discuss the menu with you and ensuring that I accommodate any allergies or preferences. The seafood is always fresh off the boat, and my veggies and other ingredients come directly from local farms and farmers’ markets.

At A La Katy Catering, I believe that food is not only meant to be delicious, but also educational. I take the time to educate people on the food and ingredients, preparation, and recipes, providing an entertaining and informative experience for your guests.
My custom menus start at $100 per person, ensuring that your event is both personalized and affordable.
Private Chef
How it works- After the initial inquiry, 1 st step is to choose the menu from “Our popular menu or Your favorite meal. You choose 2 appetizers from the menu below: They are served as soon as the chef’s arrival. Meanwhile, we go to work in your kitchen to prepare your meal. We will be using your kitchen, your cookware, and your dishes. If unavailable, the dishware will be rented with an additional upcharge of $7 per person.
