I used her again at Christmas for a holiday gathering at my home. Katy provided several delicious hors d'oeuvres arranged on her lovely silver and crystal platters. It was a fun evening and my guests were very pleased.

As a minister, I've worked with several brides who used Katy for their receptions. The comments I consistently hear is that the food is well-thought-out and delicious and that her staff is prompt, respectful, and friendly. That has been my experience as well.

Most recently my church sponsored a wine tasting and small plate dinner benefit for a local charity. I asked Katy to be our chef and the evening was a great success.

In February I used Katy's Catering to make some romantic picnic baskets for a Valentine's Day party I hosted. She did a beautiful job with an adorable presentation and as expected, the dinner and dessert were delicious!
